An Introduction

Hello, my name is Mystique and in this blog, I will be posting about all kinds of mythology found in the world. Everyone knows at least enough information about Greek, Egyptian, Roman and maybe more but this blog is going to be a little different. Like the curious girl I am, I want to learn more about other mythology that are somewhat specific to that country or area. It's not going to easy since it may require research but I will do my best! Besides, I am a hard worker who loves to research and write about a topic at some times.

Here are some things about me: I am 15 years old, turning 16 this year. I sound pretty fun, right? If you can't tell, that was sarcasm. I live in Des Moines, Iowa and I'm a sophomore at Roosevelt High School! I tend to write a lot so please bare with me when it comes to these posts!

I wanted to make a blog because I was inspired by a couple of other blogs in mind: The History Blog and the World History Blog. One of the things I like about these blogs is about how informative they are and how relevant it is to the topic at hand. However, I don't like how short or long the posts are in those blogs so I'll try to keep it small and easy to understand.

Anyways, let’s begin the journey through the minds of ancient citizens and how they lived their lives with their own beliefs, shall we?
